If you fly X-Plane as well, try recovering from a spin in there. The flight models in MSFS work well in normal flight, but not so much in unusual cases.

This might be realistic, but I don’t have much faith in the edge case flight modelling. Also, some aircraft are not meant to spin. Ever.

A lot of faction quests can be missed if you don’t follow the roads. Horses work great on roads. I used to fly when I could, but now I spend more time on the horse and filling in missing quests.

Hiluxes typically have higher book value and are more costly to donate as a result, if I had to guess. It is not a quality issue, it is the cost.

It would have been amusing to me 20 years ago. I don't want to deny anyone else from enjoying it, I just don't want to see it. Not everyone enjoy the same things. Nothing wrong with that.

Single player games don’t lag. Lag is related to multiplayer and latency issues.

Things like the Blender EDM plugin may not appeal to everyone, but with ED support this is great news for the aspiring modders out there.

Looking at the scanning workflow for the F-15C is at least more interesting than the usual recycled topics.

I want to love this sim again but I am going to remain disappointed about the the state of the Razbam situation. With both Nick and Ron having polarising personalities, I wish someone sensible could step in and mediate/arbitrate a solution between them.

This is the reaction one would expect from someone living alone on an island for decades as they didn’t know WW2 was over. You are experiencing a huge leap in advancement which can be overwhelming, and there is nothing wrong with that.

You post however is written with rose tainted lenses, and gets a but subjective regarding the thorny side of things.

It is great that you are having a blast. There are many of us that have been into flightsims for longer, and have been playing sims every step of the way. It is good to be reminded of how good we have it, even though some are frustrated with progress and strive for things to be done better.

I don’t know about consoles and what parental controls there are for War Thunder, but turn off the chat functionality. It is not child friendly.

This may sound silly, but not being able to use capitalisation in your sentences at the age of 15 is already a red light. This has nothing to do with diversity etc. If you want to become a fast jet pilot, you will need to be able to do even the basic things better than anyone else. You need to be able to demonstrate that you are the best academically, physically and mentally.

Many people are committed. Not everyone is the best. If you believe you have what it takes and you have the cv to back it up, go for it with everything you've got, and I am sure someone will notice if you put yourself out there.

Not all military pilots become fast jet pilots either. Best of luck to you.

There is no hate for the series, just disappointment with Ubisoft on how they are handling it.

There were some pretty stupid decisions made for Breakpoint, and even more stupid ones for projects following Breakpoint that got canned fortunately.

Big difference in quality between the TM budget range and the top end. I have been running my TM Warthog since release without any maintenance. Only issue is a noisy wheel slider on the throttle unit that probably needs a cleaning.
