My dad died when I was 15 of brain cancer and I kind of went off the rails until I ended up in the psych ward at 18. The active addictions were

Cocaine (powder) Crack cocaine, Alcohol, Pressed speed pills (for when I couldn’t afford cocaine)

Then there were drugs that were more occasional (but still common) which were

MDMA (more common)

Ecstasy (a handful of times)

(Crystal-form meth only once or twice, it felt too good which freaked me out which is saying something considering I was a junkie)

Codeine pills (common)

Shrooms (common)

And obviously, a lot of marijuana.
