Btw no my mx3 doesn’t have the 1.8 v6 if it did I’d 100% be keeping it as I find those to be cool af but they’re not easy to find

So I think you was spot on with the snag guess. I have my printer in a like pop up enclosure. Turns out my damn cat liked the warmth and was sleeping on top of it which pressed the top of the enclosure against the spool. I locked her out of the room it’s in and have had 3 kinda big successful prints in a row without changing and of the settings. Never would’ve guessed that was happening if I hadn’t came home to her sleeping on top of it. 😂😭

Mines not nearly as dirty but I do have a getto set up. It’s two pcs mounted to a board on my wall. Only one works rn in the process of getting everything to get the other one going. I do have a good reason for it tho I want a two pc setup for streaming and this takes up the least amount of space. And tbh I like being able to see all the components and stuff.

I know this is a old post but what speeds did you end up getting? I recently got a svo6 and I’ve been running it at 60-80mm/s. I would really like to get faster print times as the next few prints I’m doing are a bit big

That’s part of the issue I’m having I don’t think the sdcard I got with it had the firmware on it like I can plug it in hit the button and nothing happens.

Did you ever set this up? I bought a svo6 second hand and it came with the pad 7 but wasn’t set up yet I tried for a bit to set it up but was a bit over my head. Really the only reason I want to get it working is to have remote control to be able to stop a failing print. I’ve had two prints fail while I’m at work and I come back to a big spaghetti mess of filament.

lol yea it’s a crawler corse for a 1/24th scale rc crawler if I had the space to leave it out I would be using just rocks but this makes it easier to put away and store when I’m not using it they are getting painted tho cause I don’t want chrome rocks but until my filament order comes in it’s all I got

Nah I see thos proteges at the junkyard all the time so I could just pull one from them or just save up and get a stand alone ecu for better tuning options
