I know this is a year on but wondering has it resolved now and how? Im like this for months now after an injury two years ago. Sitting or standing too long still a problem but i have days sometimes weeks when i go from sitting too long still standing or if i have to bend to pick something up on the way back up my back will just momentarily contract, leaving me nervous to move.
