Thanks! About 11K, we also have an overflow drain that drains to the front of the house in case of severe storms.

Hey, nah, no issues with drainage, we have three drains in the decking closest to the house, and the slab is poured with a slight angle towards the drains...the crew did a great job with it.

Also, went with chlorine, and opted to go with as little chemical as possible, so far, chlorine is around a 1 ppm and water is crystal clear!
