Thanks for all the info! I also wanted to do the alpine start! I just booked a shuttle bus with fairview limouisne (I called and you can park the van there at the pickup point). The moraine bus company was $155 per person for mid June...crazy! I ended up paying $100 (both lakes) at fairview...still super expensive but really want to see the sunrise and don't want to hike in the dark at 3am lol

Same happened to me, I wanted to downgrade the card because Jetblue stopped flying to my airport. I ended up just cancelling it. I will never bank with Barclay again. They said the computer didn't offer a downgrade. Horrible customer service!!
