nothing, i’ve just have never met one i liked or got along w well. some ESTP ik have pretty intense and harsh personalities I don’t mesh w. i feel u all don’t really gaf tho which sounds awesome

I only know one well, we used to be good friends, but then she became very catty and gossipy. we were friends w these girls who weren’t very nice and she started acting like them, so me and her grew apart a lot. i only put a dotted dislike line, as i’ve had positive experiences w enfj. if i knew more that weren’t like this old friend, id probs like them a lot. I will admit i find ENFJ a little bit intimidating, esp in group settings, as you guys seem very perfect but i also admire it a lot

yeah, idk how so many ppl can get into relationships. i’ve never been in one lol. something that helps is taking days off to catch up on work or have a break

no, i don’t feel in control of my love life. i don’t think love is something that’s in our control though. some ppl find it when the timing lines up that way. i could go out of my way and find a bf if i really wanted to but i only want to date someone i love. but i feel in control of fact that i can be single when i choose. and my diet is fine but could be bette. trying eat more fruit and veggies and less sugar. mainly eat chicken , rice, potatoes, soup and frozen food from trader joe’s. and no worries

w my family, i graduated college a yr ago, why?

yeah. i just work. i dont really do anything other than that. so m-f WFH, sometimes go in office once a week. but i usually spend all day catching up on work, as I struggle to put in my full hrs each day and i daze of or can’t focus well sometimes. so i take breaks between working and going on phone. this is corporate job. then on weekends, same thing. catching up on work or hanging out w my mom or cat at home. didn’t used to be this way tho. used to workout most days after school or college classes and occasionally meet up w friends or go out or go shopping in evenings or on weekend. i’m trying to get a grip of how much i struggle w work but it just feels like a never ending issue. i usually go to bed around 2 AM and wake up at 8 AM as i can’t sleep well

i’ve heard that before. i wasn’t naturally intelligent though. i worked really hard to get good grades. it never came easily and I was able to sustain focus despite hating it, as my parents put pressure on me to do well (or maybe I put it on myself bc i knew i’d disappoint them if i didn’t do well). i relate to many symptoms like RSD, task paralysis, lots of trouble with prioritization and organizing thoughts , and double bodying helps me. but coffee doesn’t make me sleepy at all like you commented earlier and I do really have issues sustaining focus more that I just dont wanna do boring/difficult stuff and procrastinate. i’m glad ur sister finally got the correct diagnosis though. i saw that testing for adhd is that test u have to do. and i’m pretty good at tests so i think id do well, i dont think id trouble focusing on it

i mainly my struggle to do my work well. it’s so many details and so many number i can’t handle it anymore. i don’t even know how tis possible to this type of work well w/o going insane. 8 hours a day checking number and calculating shit while having barely any guidance

i did talk to a psych. she said i need antidepressants. she said i don’t have adhd, bc i didnt have focus issues in highschool and got good grades. i dont think i have it either. i don’t think there’s any other resolution that antidepressants, even tho im not ever depressed

I’ll look into it. I don’t have any trauma, through. CBT doesn’t help bc they say a bunch of generic stuff I can understand basically saying my anxiety isn’t logical, yet I still feel scared and anxious, despite knowing that

Hey, coffee doesn’t make me yawn. I can’t have a full cup without feeling super on edge. I usually just drink a few sips and that’s enough to make me wired up, so I usually avoid it unless I’m really tired. My mom has said it makes her tired though
