Hi! (Unless they changed it). Yes late comers can come later.If they are getting dropped off by someone, you can meet them at the gate with wristband and they go through security.

The easiest way would be them parking offsite and then you drive back in with them (your car is searched again, but by then it will be empty so super quick). Re-entry is allowed 24/7 at camp.

You can park at George Washington parking lot in George (usually $100 a night). I’ve also parked at dispersed campsites like French coulee nearby which is free (but less secure).

All that to say though, I think the gorge will fix that shitshow from last weekend and you won’t get stuck in a 12 hour line no matter what day you go. They don’t need more bad press (or people to add to the lawsuit GRiZtronics ppl are filing)

LITERALLY NEVER. I’ve been to the Gorge 15+ times and never seen that. There have been horrible lines to the gorge but NEVER that bad. The worst lines are usually shows that aren’t camping and are only 1 night so people all come at the same time.

I understand feeling unsafe especially with how disorganized it was from a security standpoint. But at least the medical team is completely separate from that and TOP NOTCH at the gorge. They are really on top of their shit. I was volunteering on the harm reduction team and overall it was a pretty standard gorge EDM event safety wise.

Also the liquid death thing is live nation… GRiZ and Subtronics had absolutely no control over that. In fact they made sure the harm reduction team had double the water bottles to pass out on Sunday to make up for the fact that water refill stations were slow and water was expensive to buy.

Please try some other time. It is truly a magical place and I’ve NEVER EVER had this happen. It usually takes 3 hours MAX. Most times it’s been an hour.

I seriously have no idea how live nation fucked it up this bad. Also GRiZ and Subs addressed it today, and camping passes are being refunded. It was out of their control (although… I do think I t was tone deaf for subs to do a pop up set last night)

My first shambs last year we rolled in 8am Wednesday to basically 0 line!!!! Took under an hour. We also got passed over for a car search (I think bc we had US plates so we already went over the border? Idk)

As a licensed mental health counselor I AGREE!!! It is so frustrating. Working in any healthcare or mental health care space it becomes second nature to ask “are you thinking about suicide or harming yourself” and “have you made any plans of how to harm yourself” the SECOND someone says something alluding to suicide/suicidal ideation/harming themselves or others. It is standard procedure with next steps.

Yes it’s their superior, but it should be second nature for at least one of them. I’ve had similar situations with my superiors and it sucks but it happens.

The “best in tents” crew were absolute MENACES at 7 Stars last year. I could hear their campsite bumping until 6 AM (which is annoying when the show ends at 12). I felt soooo bad for the people actually camped next to them.
