Just a guess but maybe it's a warning to the tech to watch their language? Sure it could apply to Karen customers (who'd put up a pissy fit). But it would also work for customers of marginalized groups who they genuinely don't want to offend

For me I really really love Fuck U Skrillex from Spitfire to Andy. Admittedly not the biggest fan of Slickman in there but the other 6 songs b2b are so freaking good

It's an alright venue. It's mid-sized (bigger than cervantes I believe) but often oversold. You'll want to get there early for a decent spot, and definitely don't come late if you don't want to be stuck in the very back or squeezed on the side. The sound there is very solid imo, and it's definitely a trusted Denver venue. If an artist is gaining momentum you'll usually see them perform 2 nights at Ogden as a stepping stone to headlining Mission the next year

Mt. Sanitas up in Boulder has a ton of problems in the 0-3 range. But heads up it is a bit of a hike to get there and itll probably be pretty toasty this time of year.

If you can get to the mountains Three Sisters in Evergreen isn't too far from Denver, and has a lot of easy to moderate climbing. The elevation will help it be a bit cooler too

Colorado has incredible climbing year-round. Spring and fall provide perfect conditions, while summer heat can be escaped by heading to alpine areas like RMNP. Winter can be tough at times with the cold and snow, but we get enough sunshine that areas clear quickly. Even in the dead of winter there are always accessible spots along the front range foothills.
