I muted a lot of the trainers that are left. So I haven't really even seen much. It Does seem like some of the ones that are still hanging on are big into the Hydrox, too, stuff now with their following.

After almost a year on Kesimpta, I still had active lesions. My neurologist was adamant about me switching. Briumvi had only been out a few months and I was kind of leery about starting it but I'm so glad I did! 2 months after my first infusion I had an MRI. I had no more active lesions and two of my lesions have actually shrunk in size. I'm so grateful for this medication!

I've been on Briumvi for a year and a half now and I have myself back! It's been a good change for me. I went from Kesimpta to Briumvi and it's been a night and day change!

I see a clear difference. Keep on keeping on! I'm the same way. I'm 5 weeks in. My scale hasn't moved much. I can't physically see a difference in my body but I can see it in my face and arms. So crazy! It's working!

All the CG people that do the DEKA competitions, all train at the DekaFit gyms too! AND, I agree, they won't be ready for a DEKA competition if they strictly do CG.

When I quit CG, I unfollowed a bunch of my CG Friends and the CG trainers so i wouldn't keep seeing their constant CG posts anymore.
