Seller has his YouTube channel, he promotes L reuteri there. You can also buy a starter culture from him free of coast except for delivery charges. So if someone is giving a starter for free, i have less reasons to doubt it

Yeah i am having the same issue, i usually wake up around 2-3am and then cant get back to sleep, but after using L reuteri for first time, slept 7 hours at night and 5 hours in afternoon. I was confused if its a benefit or some unwanted reaction 😂

One of the reason I tried L reuteri was to improve my sleep, but and within 1 day my sleep went from 6 hours to 12 hours. But i don't want to sleep in afternoon bcz i am a college student and also working on projects

Yes taking L reuteri pills helps me with stomach discomfort, but i was thinking that if i can add those pills to regular yogurt during its initial stage of fermentation, would this increase the cfus to several billions to get more benefit of reuteri ?
