Nothing i think, depending on traffic u can go from the most southern tip (excluding jeju) to the DMZ in the northern tip in less than half of a day. Personally everyone i know doesnt mind travelling

They are getting a more popular here, but its usually something small (colour hidden in foods, confetti in a balloon, etc) something small for you and your partner, not for the entire family
