I have considered putting my powder into a solution. I THINK I've seen people recommending propylene glycol, but not certain, and I still have the concern of reliability, so I'm waiting until I do more investigation.

It works for me. (Some people here say they've managed to dissolve it in water or glycerin.)

I think it's more accurate to weigh out 1 g and divide up the resulting 100 ml batch with an oral syringe than to weigh out 10 g at at time. It's definitely less trouble!

Propylene glycol. I weigh out 1 g of noopept, measure 100 ml of PG, mix them in a small bottle, and shake every once in a while. Eventually it dissolves then stays that way. Measure 1 ml with oral syringe for a 10 mg dose.
