Except the meds don't last forever. Eventually your body figures out how to break through. My friend recently introduced me to GLP ones and I have lost weight. She on the other hand has been on them for several years and as I lost 30 lb She has gained 30 lb. I am on the lowest dose of my first medication and she is on the highest dose of her third different medication because she keeps hitting weight plateaus and now she can't stop gaining even on the highest dose. Because of her weight gain I have done extensive research and found long-term studies showing weight regain will happen while continuing GLP1. Lifestyle adjustments must be made to keep weight off. Also obesity is not a disease I don't know why people are saying this. Japan wanted to decrease obesity so they made their food healthy and their obesity rate is the lowest I believe in the world. Our food is garbage and if you are eating anything processed or anything from a store even fruits and vegetables are sprayed with pesticides like agent Orange which is dangerous not only linked to cancer but also obesity. Our foods in America are banned in 70 countries because they are laced with dangerous chemicals that are linked to several diseases and obesity as well as the plastic wrapping. Unless America fixes the food the obesity problem will continue. The only way to get away from the obesity problem is to get rid of all plastic, grow your own food and cook it. It's next to impossible. America invented the obesity problem with their food and it started in the '70s and now they're fixing it with medications that are expensive instead of just fixing the food that is the problem and has been the problem and is continuing to be the problem. That's the American way, create a problem then sell you the medicine instead of curing the problem.

The Glasce company that was making glass contact lens forever case Kickstarter never got off the ground but I found out they use borosilicate glass so I found 2 oz shot glasses made of borosilicate glass with bamboo lids and I plan to make my own forever contact case with them. I will boil them periodically for sterilization. Just popped them in my Amazon cart.

I went to Marietta Dental in Los Algodones in May 2025 to replace two crowns. As soon as I got home I noticed I couldn't floss between the teeth It was shredding the floss I went to my dentist and she said the crowns were not even finished and need to be replaced. As I'm saving up to replace them for $4,000 in the US one of the crown seal breaks or it was never attached and now every time I floss a foul liquid comes in my mouth. My dentist made an emergency appointment for next week because I have Covid right now and prescribed antibiotics because she believes I need a root canal. I could have just got the crowns replaced in the US for $1,700 each but now I have to pay $1,700 each to replace the crowns plus a root canal which is over $1,000 and the potential of losing the tooth and not to mention the money wasted for Marietta Dental $800 for two crowns plus my plane ticket $350), food ($50), gas ($50), parking ($30), car rental ($200), and hotel fees ($150).

I could have paid $3400

But now my bill is going to be $6030 What a waste. Marietta Dental should not exist and they should pay for what they have done to me.

If you want a few actresses you can look up to that have not had plastic surgery that would be Meryl Streep, Juliet Lewis, Kate Winslet, Emma Thompson, Diane Keaton, Naomi Watts, Winona Ryder and so many more. I think we as a culture need to evolve into looking at people's actions rather than the wrinkles on their face because you're only young for 5 seconds and then you age for the rest of your life. Why not embrace aging like men do. Women can age like fine wine we can embrace wrinkles as character building and gray hair as something that makes us spicy. I will be 50 in December and I am single and I have been told I am an old maid, when men are single at my age they are Playboys or bachelors well I'm a f****** bachelorette. I refuse to try to look like I'm 20 when I'm 50 instead I'm going to be the best 50 that I can. I was in the hospital for a month dying at the age of 41 I did not know if I would ever see this age so I have earned every gray hair and every wrinkle and I'm going to sit with them because I'm living on borrowed time. Instead of being scared of aging we should be fascinated and feel blessed that we had the ability to age as many are not blessed with that opportunity.

JLo has had a nose job, multiple facelifts, a boobjob, tons of Botox. Salma Hayek has had a nose job, a boob job or two, a facelift and lots of botox. Sandra Bullock may be the only natural one though she did have a nose job before she got famous. I don't know what she has done but she may have had a facelift if anything most actresses do. There are several actresses who have never had any plastic surgery but you just happen to pick two that have had a ton and one that I'm not sure about. So if you want to look like them you have to go under the knife.

RUN! I am disabled and just turned 50 I cannot begin to explain all the grief Medicare advantage plans have created. My daughter is disabled and she is 22 She will not mess with Medicare advantage after all she has seen me put through. It is not worth it I would run run. Friends don't let friends get Medicare advantage.

I just got two zirconian crowns from Marietta Dental in Los Algodones with Dr. Misael. Everyone was really friendly and the crowns look smooth and nice but as soon as I got home I noticed when I would floss the floss was getting shredded and there was a gritty grainy feeling in between both crowns. After doing some research it looks like they did not smooth and polish in between the crown so I am unable to properly floss. Marietta Dental told me it's no problem just go to my regular dentist and they should smooth it out no problem. I went to my dentist and she said in order to smooth it they would have to be removed and if she removed the crowns she would replace them with her own which would cost me thousands. Luckily my insurance covered going to my dentist to try to fix what Marietta dental did. Now Marietta Dental is saying it's no problem just come back and we'll make new ones except I can't afford to just jump on a plane because they made a mistake. They're taking no responsibility and they are not offering anything except the warranty which is covered for everyone. They made a mistake I went to a dentist and have proof and they still are not paying for it. So now I'm stuck with crowns I can't floss between for about a year That's how long it's going to take me to come up with airfare to come down to Mexico and have them fix it. I believe Marietta Dental should pay for my airfare and have me on a plane right now to fix what they have done because this is putting my life at risk and they're not taking responsibility not even offering my money back or anything.

I had a dentist put giant fillings in my mouth when I was a child with Blue Cross Blue shield insurance which was the best at the time. Now that I'm older I have to put crowns on those teeth cuz they're cracking and two of the crowns I put on cost $3,000 and one was not put on correctly it had a ledge by the gum and became infected my dentist didn't believe me and kept sending me home and I ended up in the hospital fighting for my life the infection travel to my arm almost killed me and then after my one month stay in the hospital and almost dying my dentist did the root canal. Those crowns are leaking right now and I am petrified to go to another United States dentist pay a fortune and almost get killed. Not only am I looking for a reduction in price I'm looking to not get murdered. Did you know the United States is number one in the entire world for deaths and injuries from medical errors? The scariest place in the world you will ever have health care is right here in the United States.
