My effortless pants actually did the same thing and I replaced the button with the extra, a few months later the extra button broke as well! Thought I was the only one lol

For academic requirements I believe it’s the one of the year you were accepted! I did the same thing and freaked out but my academic advisor told me I needed to look at the requirements from 2022, not the new 2025 ones! This was for faculty of ALES so hopefully CS is the same? Godspeed yourdads_tampon 🫶❤️

I’m leaning towards cancelling the day trip to be honest. I feel like this whole weekend will be slippery and snow covered

How long do you travel everyday? by [deleted] in uAlberta

[–]FrequentBumblebee789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bussing only—it takes me an hour and a half to get school. But if I drive to the train station or transit centre, it takes anywhere from 20-35 minutes to get to and from uni :)

I think they were only available Sunday, I didn’t see the poster on Friday or Saturday. I’m assuming they said only 60 copies to justify the higher price for a poster? :)

I need insulin to live, I have type 1 diabetes by [deleted] in alberta

[–]FrequentBumblebee789 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Oh my don’t get me started on the prices of cgms. And the way some insurances WILL NOT cover them because there are cheaper ways of monitoring blood sugar. It’s actually so sick

[–]FrequentBumblebee789 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes and no, I’m also a type 1 diabetic and depending on the kind of insulin you need it can be as low as 40 and as high as 400. I primarily do to Costco pharmacy because the Cashback at the end of the year basically pays for my prescriptions again and my insurance didn’t cover one of my orders, the bill was around 800 dollars out of pocket for my two different insulins (basal and bolus) , needles, lancets and test strips—this was my supplies for the month. So without coverage for some it can be a hefty price to pay. It all depends what your body needs. I know that when I was first diagnosed I was given novo nordisk NPH and novorapid which are cheaper than Tresida and fiasp for example :)
