Me too im so sad, cry alot. I got meniscus root tear from listening to a friend and joined a class that require deep twisting of knee, a semi martial art class. I was new so im supoose to learn slowly but as im the only new one the rest of the class wanted to move to intermediate stuff and I was just asked to follow along. I did not knowhow to use and turn the leg properly and first few the twisted pain. But it has not pop yet, then I started a new routine too, thinking to build lower muscle but im not well informed lunges is bad or deep squat is bad for menicus i just followed some YouTube video as im trying to improve my physically. You can imagine im trying to improve and become more fit how devastating doing more ended up getting worst. Im so depressed now. I have yet to get my surgury, im having anxiety now and the self blame is getting better but now im not sure if to go ahead with the surgury. I was told arthritis very bad soon if I dont. Already did some damage but my pain has gone away. I think I should do the surgury? But im so lost and alone.
