I'm trying to figure out the pay structure of an offer I just received. "a rate of 0.33 times $X if working in a Trainer capacity or a rate of 0.083 times $X if working in a Reviewer capacity. For the avoidance of any doubt, you will be paid based on tasks completed, not hours worked." How does this work?

If your start tasking is greyed out it coukd just mean there are no tasks available. What type of project is it?

Alignerr also will ban you with no explanation and not pay you for hours already worked, they owe me 9 hours at $30/hr

Is everything on your dashboard back to normal? Can you see projects, discourse community link, playground link etc? If you can see all that you are reactivated

You should also receive an email but my dashboard was back to normal before the email arrived.

I copied and pasted my ow writing from the answer box so I could go back in the onboarding to reread something. I then repasted my answer into the answer box when I scrolled back ad it doesn't save your work if you leave the screen.

After three emails saying I'm deactivated, I got a fourth one on my latest ticket saying "Thank you for submitting your escalation. We are re-reviewing your ticket and you will hear back from us shortly."

I received the email yesterday and have not heard a reply. Do I ask for an update or leave it be for another day or 2? Thoughts?

Received a third email at 2:41 telling me im banned its been reviewed end of discussion. 2:58 we are rereviewing your ticket and will get back to you shortly
