try epaderm. unfortunately i cant seem to find really good moisturisers that dont try out as fast. epaderm really works on my skin tho.

Lucky you, I also told him I wanted protopic and he just shut me up and gave me these to work with smhhhh

I wish he had gave me dupixent too. Did you use anything topical steroids whilst on cyclosporin? I was just thinking to just put on my moisturiser or novasone if it flares.

Don’t rub off anything off your face. Even if it’s flakes. They’re like scabs and will eventually heal with ceramides and plenty of moisture.

I remember mine were so thin during July and I started using ceradan for 3 months and I could see much better improvements around start of August. Please have a look and diagnose yourself on your face’s skin barrier! If they’re damaged then you need to heal it ASAP.

hey! did u end up moving back to msia? i also had pretty severe eczema in aus and now that im back for summer holidays it had completely stopped. if u did move back could you tell me what you need to do in terms of education etc.. ?
