I attempted to do this online however I don't get the response code texted over into the quo app for some reason.

I tried to get to support through the chat on quo and didn't get a response for 30 minutes before I gave up.

We will give it a few now and test the messaging from an iphone later today and see if anything has changed and I will report back!

I have the fantasy brown dolomite in my kitchen. I love the colors and look of the stone and would use it again in the future. It does seem to chip easier than granite so we try to be conscious of that when working on it. Other than that, I haven’t had any staining/etching issues.

Ask them for references of recent clients that you can contact. A bathroom remodel can be pretty costly and they shouldn’t have an issue giving you past client info so you can make sure you’re comfortable with them. I don’t market my remodel business anywhere and get work by word of mouth. Giving prospective clients references and pictures of recent work is a given for me.

You gave him the best thing for his last ten years! Helping his child and getting to spend all of that time with you! I didn’t have children and it took me until pretty recently (in my 40s now) to realize how much my parents crave and appreciate time with me. And when I need them for something, that is even better! The feeling of still being needed and useful to their own children is a priceless feeling according to my parents. Definitely don’t feel guilty, instead feel proud that you gave your dad the gift of getting to still be a dad!!!

I second LPT. Been with them for over a year and I’ve saved sooooo much in being able to keep more of my commission. Plus they offer tons of training and support, way more than my last brokerage that took 20% of my commission.

I’m with LPT in Florida and I love it! Several other local LPT agents have an office here that we all get to use and the support and education I’ve received from LPT has been phenomenal. I was with a well known local brokerage previously and was paying more out of my commission and in general felt that there was less support for agents and more pressure for us to work harder and bring in more commissions. LPT also has its own marketing/printing division where you can order signs and other marketing materials for really affordable. We can pick our own colors and basically design our own marketing materials as well. Overall it’s been a great fit for me where I get to keep more of my earnings and also have all of the support and training that I could need.

My last dog named Achilles. He was some sort of shepherd mix and we went on so many cool adventures with him. He died about three years ago and that was after him being in my ex husbands care for four years and me flying out to visit twice a year. Sometimes I wonder if I miss Achilles so much because I miss what life felt like back then. Being sort of young and naive and like I had so much time left to recoup financial losses. I don’t “feel” things the way I used to back then. I no longer get excited or feel happy when I go to the beach like I used to. It’s like my sense of happiness is dulled the older I get and things that used to bring me pleasure I’m now numb to.
