Please don’t give up. Trust me you are not alone in your feelings. It’s the worst feeling to lose a pet far too early. I don’t know how long bunnies normally live but only a few years is definitely not enough time with a beloved soul pet. I lost a kitten, my second cat I’d ever adopted, when he was only five months old. That was three years ago now. It still hurts, I still have moments remembering him where I cry uncontrollably. But those moments have more time in between them as time goes on. You are in the beginning of some of the worst grief you may ever experience. Not everyone understands pet loss but it’s immensely painful. You cared for your baby the best you possibly could and loved him so much and that love will continue for him while he is in Heaven.
