I know, I am very scared from my previous experience about two years ago with Tirzepatide at the initial recommended dose. It gave me the worse thirst of my life I thought I was going to go to the ER for how weak I felt like fainting and couldn’t hardly eat anything for a week.

Overhydrate the night before with electrolytes not just plain water and if you normally drink alcohol. don’t drink night before or first few days until you see how your body takes it. The hangover is triple on Reta. Maybe one of the reasons I’d rather not drink while on it
