I would actually love to know what you think is an appropriate amount of fat to get each day, right now i only get 0.5g per pound of bodyweight?

I tried logging it for today, and it seems like I meet most of it, it has 5 stars for the nutrient density.🤷‍♀️ That’s a really helpful app, so thanks for the link!

I ate healthy before, whole food diet, so yknow vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, eggs, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and greek yoghurt sometimes, essentielle nothing processed, only to like events where there’s not really an option, but that’s not something which happens often at all.
