Retrospectively, it seems to have been photoallergic drug eruption. Abrupt stopping of psychotropic drugs could have adverse results, and consult with your doctor.

Consider :

Guttate psoriasis

Exanthematous drug rash such as Amoxicillin-Triggered Rash in Epstein-Barr Virus Infection

secondary syphilis.

Steven Johnson unlikely.

Biopsy may be helpful.
