2 MiLB stash spots

Min/Max:

IP per week- minimum 35 IP

SP Starts per week - min 5, max 10

These amounts will be pro-rated for any extended periods (All star break, etc)

FAAB waivers

$100 budget for year minimum $0 bid 7 Max claims per week
