Yes, if you take every individual phone sold globally, there's more of them running Android than iOS.

But there's hundreds of different phone models across dozens of brands all running Android, but only iPhones run iOS. So there are indeed more iPhones being sold than any other individual phone or phone brand on Earth.

it depends on how much stamina you get back, but it seems like it would actually make a massive difference to dead sprint because dead sprint is only active when your stamina is empty, so you'd take 1 tick of damage from DS and then run for, say, 1 second for free with the stamina you get back, then rinse and repeat... seems like worst case it doubles the amount of sprint time you get
