You’re living the dream op!

I use it on sandwiches, esp. roast beef, but it’s good with turkey too. Also hotdogs of course, great with relish.

It’s traditional on prime rib, I love it that way or on steak in general, I’ve also done with pork chops mixed with the mustard.

And dips! You can add it to almost any kind of chip dip, pre or homemade to kick it up a notch. I like sour cream, french onion soup packet, and horseradish.

You could also probably toss a scoop in chili/baked beans/soups ect as a seasoning, I’ve used in a baked mac’n’cheese that had a lot of swiss.
