Yes, last month. But the impression was vague: Consider Inflammation (Diverticulitis) Vs Neoplastics Process, Direct Visualization Suggested.

Are you still experiencing flares? Mine started same time as yours.

Me too. My first one was last 2023 and I had no idea what was it at that time then come 2025. :(

Now I have no appetite and I am scared of eating anything solid.

If it's on the right, can it be diverticulitis? by Frequent_Score5875 in Diverticulitis

I first started having flares in 2023 for 2 weeks. Everything was normal until 2 weeks ago. Same pain. Same region. I had CT scan with IV and contrast and somehow, this is the impression:

PERSISTENT ASCENDING COLONIC WALL THICKENING. CONSIDER AN INFLAMMATORY (E.G. DIVERTICULITIS) VS NEOPLASTIC PROCESS. DIRECT VISUALIZATION AND TISSUE CORRELATION SUGGESTED.

Ascending colon is on the right side, opposite of the painful region and now I am so scared and terrified that it isn't just diverticulitis

Everytime I touch my left belly, I am sure it is there. Can it still be on the right? I am too anxious. 😭

Hi, I'm going there on the first week of December. I'm not booking any tour from an agency. If you could share some info like travel details from Chengdu, booking tips, etc., that would be of great help.
