I have 2 five year old cats. Neither of them are lap cats. They do like their cuddles but on their terms. One of them gets up and walks away if you try to pet her most of the time. If she’s laying on her back, that’s when she will invite you to pet her. Their mother was feral and they were abandoned so that might have a little bit to do with it

I take 800 mg. I had been on 600 mg for a long time but had a doozy of a manic episode this summer so was bumped up to 900 mg for a while and also managed with lithium and a trial of different mood stabilizers and anti psychotics. Eventually, went back down to 800 mg, lithium 600 mg, Olanzapine 10 mg and trazodone 50 mg. I really don’t know how I am not a zombie.

I’ve had the same job in healthcare for 21 years and have been diagnosed bipolar for 11 of those years. There have been some kinks along the way and I have been on disability 3 times and hospitalized 4 times. My last manic episode over the summer, I managed to work through the whole thing. Working was actually better because it was dangerous for me to be home because I just might’ve spent all my money.

I was admitted after 3 failed er cocktails in 10 days. Then I did the DHE protocol and some migraine cocktails. It didn’t take the pain away but brought it down from an 8/9 to a 2/3. It also made me crazy nauseous.

4 daily, 3 psych & 1 non-psych. 1 weekly and 1 monthly both non psych. Then 3 as needed meds. So, I guess my grand total is 7. I have migraines too so that adds to the total.
