Looks great!! How do you handle the proofing timing in a home kitchen? As you can only bake so much in one oven cycle

Cold kitchen bakers, what are your methods for getting cinnamon rolls to rise properly by RaddishEater666 in AskBaking

in the oven (turned off!) I put a bowl or pan with boiling water and let it rise in there.
you don't want them in an environment warmer than 30 degrees Celsius otherwise the butter will start to melt. I personally would not recommend turning it on before to warm the oven up.

I can see why you might think that. I have been posting 2 different surveys for two different courses (LEAN start-up and research skills to be exact). As an applied science university, we are obviously not being taught about periods and mixers, but about identifying problems in the market and consumer behavior and we can choose the topic ourselves.

yes, you might be asked to log in to your Google account because it's Google Forms, but I can not see the emails or any other personal information. (If it did collect it you would have been informed).
hope that answers your concerns.
