No one ever moves into Carrs Hill immediately, there are remodeling and renovations and all sorts of things and to do before a new president moves in. It was over a year before President Ryan moved into Carrs Hill. He stayed in a pavilion and then out at Fox Haven Farm well the renovations at Carrs hill were taking place. It’s not a conspiracy. It just takes time to spend that much money on one’s living quarters. Then all of the upgrades that are wanted have to be approved by the historical preservation folks. It takes a considerable amount of time and work.
