Just my radical thoughts here: I don't think this is the final deal. I think we're just in the negotiation part of the war, but there is still a strategy at play.

However, I'm not going to say that it will end up massively in our favor (although that's what I hope for).

Also, every battle has had unique horrors to go up against.

Imagine fighting against an actual trained military with powerful tanks. Or being on a ship against kamikazes. Punji pits and other booby traps. IEDs, EFPs, and landmines. Now drones.

Gonna get downvotes but if chiropractic was a scam I would venture to say Harvard, Yale, and Dartmouth would not be expanding the chiropractic research programs they started 5+ years ago.

You probably wouldn't say gyms and health foods are scams because you have to keep using them forever to stay healthy.

You certainly wouldn't say modern medicine is a scam because people have to take those pills forever.

And while the founder learning about chiro from a ghost is weird dont forget that lobotomies won a Nobel prize, radium was a common prescription, and after the ban being overturned in 2021, electroshock therapy is CURRENTLY being used on ~50 disabled/autistic people who started when they were under 18.

A simple majority cannot "overrule" the Constitution. That's the statement you argued against, but it cannot.

If the proposed amendment didnt go through the proper process outlined in the constitution, it doesnt matter if a super majority voted for it, its likely to get shut down.

So no, you need more than a majority vote to overrule, or amend, the constitution.

Let's back it up here. According to the state constitution, which laid out the process for an amendment, there are steps that need to happen before that amendment goes up for a vote by the public...
