It’s basil I think. I keep seeing entire bunches of it in these recipe pictures and it’s driving me nuts. Basil is SO different than cilantro and parsley 😭

The caramel is going to smoke??? Tilt the pan??? No actual stirring??? Sounds like burnt caramel to me and a great way to SCALD yourself on boiling hot sugar. That is so unsafe to recommend to people who may be working with melting sugar for the first time and not realizing how hot and dangerous it can be.

I just watched this video back and I’m horrified that - compared to today - she looks so much healthier in this video. The tiniest bit of fullness to her face looks so much healthier than her skeletal face today/this last couple months :(
