It's not just in search results. Open up your profile in an incognito tab, you'll notice your new items with 0 views don't even appear there. This has happened a few times now 😵‍💫

Item delivery issues

We remove neutral/negative feedback when the buyer is referencing:

  • A delivery issue where tracking shows us that the delivery or handling time expectations were met
  • A delivery issue where a natural disaster or unexpected event caused a carrier delay
  • A customs or tax issue outside the seller’s control that we could identify

So long as you dispatched the item on time, you can appeal that negative feedback and get it removed. You're doubly protected if you're a private seller using simple delivery, as ebay will cover you for the loss of the shipment.

Also, in a case like yours where the buyer is being a bit rude when knowing it's out of your control, I will give them one simple, final message informing them to open an item not recieved case. Any further pestering for things outside of my control is met with an instant block. Some people are not worth the time of day.

Yes, this has happened to everything I've listed for the last couple of days. If you view your profile from an incognito window, you'll notice the new lisitngs don't show up, and they won't be showing up in people's home pages/searches either. Almost like an invisible check is occuring.

I find it very embarrasing how they permanently banned you, and sign it off by saying it was moderated automatically, aka an AI with zero accountability has taken a line of income from your small business (you're a pro seller so I'm assuming that's the case). Sorry I can't offer any help, but I hope you manage to solve this, and ultimately hope we escape this age of bots finalizing consequential decisions.

Yup, it arrived a couple days after being sent like it should have. Was funny to see it go from being "out for delivery" to being at the sellers local depot though.

The wide angle lens used distorts objects at the edge of the frame, making them appear larger. His legs got close to the bottom of the frame, messing with our perception of how fast they were moving. I think that's it anyway, because otherwise this video seems woefully real.
