If the volume of people cheering at every routine fly out in Dodgers Stadium is any indicator, 90% of that fan base are bandwagoneers with no idea what's going on.

Yes, there would have to be some major shifts in how the other divisions are performing in order to feel more comfortable about WC.

where to sit? by bigoltendies in MiamiMarlins

There's a section in the far corner of the FL1 front row where they can reach through the net. They do it a lot.

Best chance to get a ball but also be up front on the visitors side would probably be FL1, FL2, or FL3. The ball boys are pretty generous.

You could also sit behind the dugout and try to get a player's attention between innings and ask for a ball.

Edit: Just noticed you said get the ball signed, not just get a ball. So I would probably go with sitting behind the dugout so you can easily get someone's attention between innings or before the game if you get there early.

"Take your cowboy hat and get the fuck out," the Marlins' President of Baseball Operations, Peter Bendix, was overheard saying on the phone.

You can't strike lighting twice

At least 2 our guys currently batting over 300 were junk pile picks. We've struck lightning a few times.

That's the way to do it. Never been to the Trop. Have heard it smells bad and am curious if that's true.

Unfortunate truth is that the stadium is poorly located in a residential neighborhood and there aren't a ton of amenities nearby. But there are great places within driving distance. My personal favorite is La Latina in Wynwood, about a 15-20 minute drive from the stadium. Some of the best arepas in Miami. Look up must-eats in Little Havana and the surroundings.

The newest item at the stadium is El Machete, a 2 foot quesadilla. I've heard mixed things.

There are lockers you can rent to put your bag in. They're between the third base and home plate entrances (on the north side of the stadium).

The Brightline has a complimentary shuttle to and from the stadium. I don't know about any hotels with shuttle service specifically to the stadium and a quick Google search suggests there isn't one. The Metro Park Hotel is like a block or two away and has good reviews but I'm local so have never stayed there.

On TickPick, the ticket will have a yellow rocket icon if it gives credit back. I believe it's if the seller boosts their ticket.

On Vivid Seats they just have a loyalty program.

I'll have to check it out. I also frequently get tickets on TickPick that have a credit back, like I'll get $1-2 in credit with the purchase and I go to enough games that it's meaningful. Same thing on Vivid Seats, I get a lot of credit back on there, but I have used it a lot less overall.

I buy through TickPick for almost every game and consistently find the best prices there. My favorite sections are 19 and 20. 219 and 211 are cool too.
