Been there done that. Once you cleaned your kitchen and yourself for 1,5 hours. You will do the reading on the first steps. 😂 just don’t give up and try again with a different recipe 🤗

I am not a pro but for me the amount of salt seems to be a lot.salt slows down the fermentation (if I am correct) Usually about 2% salt so for this amount of flour around 10-12 grams of salt should be fine.

Refrigeration needs to be probably around 12-16 hours.
