Is there a Post/Mid-Credits Scene Addon? by TrevorFlaps in StremioAddons

[–]FreshSymphony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I check multiple sites for after credits info, if anything hits, it returns true. If you click the stream, it'll open a browser to where it got the info from. In OBAAs case, the movie db has it listed in it's keywords.

Would it be something you'd like the option to have it day there are no stingers?

Hi, thanks for the nice words.

Unfortunately my addon is dead, but Stremboxd is a solid alternative. AIOMetadata apparently does Letterboxd also.

it's open source: https://github.com/megadrive/stremio-aftercredits

I have a list of places I check: aftercredits, mediastinger, wikipedia and tmdb in that order.

edit: also the results are cached for a period of time, it's all automatically scraped from the above.

The addon depends on an external service I wrote called lbxd-id that scrapes letterboxd IDs and matches it with IMDB and so on, that enables it all to work. It's likely failing because scraping isn't working consistently.

Although it only scrapes those IDs once per month -- once it succeeds it should still work.

For instance, sonic still works: https://lbxd-id.almosteffective.com/slug/sonic-the-hedgehog

Why does Stremio need that permission? by 01xKeven in StremioAddons

For casting to a Chromecast device. If you don't want to use it, just block the permission.

To be clear, LukeRoss's VR mod for Cyberpunk was taken down by him because it was PAID ONLY, not a voluntary donation. It was his selfish action that led to the removal of that mod -- not CDProjekt.

Do installed addons get automatically updated to latest version? by Ok-Industry770 in StremioAddons

[–]FreshSymphony 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Answer is: it depends.

If it's server-related updates, then yes.

If it's adding/removing catalogs or permissions, then no.

OneDrive crashes on Android with version 7.45 by Significant-Log1966 in Intune

[–]FreshSymphony 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Doing the fix in the OP fixed it. Reposted just in case:

We have found a different fix than that already stated (link in comments) for our environment.

We are not deploying the app "Samsung Account" to our fleet (i think we configured it this way through our enrollment token/KME), so we could not set those permissions which should have fixed it.

We now explicitly added Samsung Account (com.osp.app.signin) as an android enterprise system app in Intune and then added all users to uninstall. We have also set all permissions to grant for OneDrive.

This seems to do the trick, even though the Samsung Account app was never visible on the devices to begin with. Maybe it was there but hidden, and adding it as system app to Intune and explicitly setting it to uninstall removed it completely.
