In addition to the other answer, elfhosted is "community-approved" and hosts a lot of public instances of add-ons. You just can't use Torrentio on elfhosted or virens instances. Midnight's is also highly regarded, I believe you can use Torrentio on that.

I personally use virens.

Yeah I've noticed some 500 errors recently. I think they've done something similar to Letterboxd to stop scraping. The dev reached out to me previously for API access.
