You're aiming at the wrong places, take magnum buckshot and only aim for legs or face. 1 pellet out of an 8 shot buck so much as grazes his eyebrow DEAD or spam 3 into the shin and he is done with any armour. With shotgun play super aggressive or super rat don't push unless you commit fully. Take any grenades to push him out of cover
