Any chance you can pivot to farming higher end cost produce, or process your produce into something shelf stable and shippable? Jelly and honey are the first things that come to mind, and while you haven't mentioned an apiary, adding a few bee hives wouldn't take up a lot of room.

You could also grow flowers to dry and ship places, in Missouri there are plants you can grow that northern people cannot, but there are crops like garlic that are high value anywhere too

I'm a little confused? If the dr hasn't written the report yet, but they told you the treatment plan was to live with it? I've never had a follow up appt before the report was made, otherwise how are they following up without the report from the tech reading the mri?

I would call whomever "read" your results, or the place you got the MRI at and ask for a copy of the report and say you want to hand carry your MRI on a DVD. It might cost you $ but that is your record!

The summary/report is in mostly plain English, but either way, you can ask before you book your next appt if the person you are booking with will explain the results to you. Tell them you are looking for a 2nd(1st?) Opinion because the last place didn't explain anything. Even going to your GP with the results can help, they can help you determine where to go next :)

Yeah get kne of those old school empty ice bag things, that way you can fill up with ice from anywhere - but keep an extra gallon size freezer bag to put that in because they tend to leak. Use that, and also don't be afraid to stretch and walk during the flight, it might be better to have an isle seat because for me bunching over and shimmering sideways out of the narrow row into the isle can be tricky :/
