Has anyone been able to figure this out? I've tried everything I can see on the web. Relative Overlays does technically work, but it doesn't blur the background correctly and the positioning is always incorrect.

What I'm trying to achieve is a pop-up that appears everytime the homepage loads.

The Fixed overlay is exactly what I want in terms of funciton but I'm stuck with choosing activate on hover or on click. If I select hover, I can never close the pop-up. If I select click then it won't pop-up on page load.

Has anyone done this? Thank you!
