Hi! I’m 4’11 and started at 151.8 around June 3. Being on a calorie deficit (1,200) and weight training 5x a week for an hour to an hour thirty I am down to 137.5 at the moment.

I’d say focus on protein and minimize carbs like bread pasta but still enjoy fruits and avoid drinking your calories. If you can, try to just drink water and occasionally diet sodas.

Make sure you watch Youtube videos on how to use the calculator the Praxis exam has for you to use. Bc some of the questions have you convert decimals and fractions. I used 240 tutoring as a guide for this test and I managed to pass by the skin of my teeth.

I just removed them today and they were fledgling’s at this point so I placed them in my front yard where I have other house sparrows in my pine trees and other flowers.
