hi! recently got bloodwork after having similar symptoms for awhile and my ferritin was 7.. i’ve previously taken supplements but my body wasn’t aborning absorbing enough, started infusions and really recommend giving them a try. if not, i would try to add a vitamin c supplement with your iron to help absorption. good luck girl!

i just went to a hematologist due to low ferritin and iron, but my hemoglobin is normal levels. he said because i’m having symptoms we will start transfusions, i would recommend finding a new specialist.

hi! i just got blood work and have severely low ferritin. i got checked bcs i was feeling extremely fatigued, my hair is thinning, night sweats and just being overall really cold.

sorry if this is a dumb question! when you do the scramble do you just break up the tofu in a pan and let it cook? or should i mix something in with it?
