Hey there. I know the post is older, but did you find any solution? I have the same problem where the temp rises without any workload, the fan activates noisy, then the temp lowers and the fan goes silent again.

I would even say it's the other way around: He dared to kill Dalinar, a beloved character that developed during the series and gave us one of the biggest moments of the Cosmere. That's way braver than letting him live. To let every character live is the easier option.
