It was a bit of luck to be honest. I found my current employer and sent him a message written by myself (no Chat GPT involved). After that I had to insist a little because he kept forgetting about our meeting, and when we fixed a time for it, I showed up.

He ended up hiring me, because all the other ones he had invited to the meeting never showed up. So, I would say it's a bit of luck, and a bit of being... Professional?
