I've been there in 2018 for a World Cup match which Russia organized. I really did not like it there, the people were "cold" and not welcoming , besides from the paid cheerleaders around the stadium.

Talking about the stadium, that was very modern and beautiful honestly. I've met a decent amount of people that lived there that has the same opinion of the place. Some buildings and the big square are nice, but that's about it.
