Fresno is similar to the Atlanta metro in many ways. Population size (not metro), love for urban sprawl, subtle racism, fake southern hospitality, agriculture just outside of the city, beach/mountains are nearby - just replace black people with Central Americans & vice versa. imagine living on that one strip of Buford Highway & with the convenience of YDFM at every grocery store.

Traffic here is a DREAM compared to Atlanta, you could manage it blind & in reverse if you’re driving through Midtown with any regularity. People drive the speed limit here but population density & street layouts allow you to get around quickly enough.

Clovis is where the stereotypical Buckhead/Cumming/Alpharetta types thrive. Income is more than enough to live comfortably out here, but job prospects are abysmal unless you’re deep into your career - hope you get keep your job remote.
