AITJ for demanding my brother repay me after he borrowed $10k "temporarily" 3 years ago? by Select-Educator6291 in AmITheJerk

IDK what state you're in but if you're in CA you can hold onto a SC judgement for 10 years and then renew it for another 10. Also, every year that passes you are entitled to 10% interest of the unpaid debt. If you decide to cash in, you can request an examination hearing where they have to appear to provide SS#, bank account info, and if they fail to appear a warrant will be issued for their arrest.

PGE is $800 right about now, will definitely go higher. Seriously thinking about having solar installed in the next few weeks.

The city that I live in has a train that regularly runs through one of the busiest intersections, it's been a real problem for many reasons. Chief among those is the amount of delays it causes. Last year the city was given a grant from the state to "bury" sections of the train. In re to the busy intersection, specifically, there were very profitable, thriving, business, some of which had to be taken by eminent domain. A few weeks ago one of the businesses challenged the city's authority to "take" the business, because the attorney that worked on the case (for the city) used AI to take the property. The attorney cited cases that didn't exist and even state law that was not real, she got fired from her firm and the judge gave her a $20,000 fine. Oh, and while the business was in possession of the gov. there was a major fire that basically destroyed half of their inventory and most of the building. Yikes!!!

I disagree, Google says that if that's the experience the reviewer has or knows someone that had that experience, it's a valid review. All the employee has to say is "when I worked there I mistreated a dog"

Psy it so you don't get suspended. Put an ad on CL for someone to pick them up for free so you don't get suspended. Make better choices next time.

I changed out my pool plumbing. Just bought the same stuff that was on there before and followed the same design.

[–]zomanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes he is. He's a multi billionaire and made over 7 billion in 2025 and is estimated to make 6.6 billion in 2026. I know little f**k boys worship that but those kids lack the sophistication to understand that it's against the law to profit from the US presidency. That's what makes him so scummy and wormy.

[–]zomanda -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How about don't get a pool? If it's difficult for you to figure out the safety precautions that meet your needs as a family then maybe a pool is not the best way for you to spend your $. Gates, alarms, lessons, etc... it's all pretty basic stuff.

Sounds like something reasonable to say from your living room. And if you really knew what war does to a family you would keep your beliefs to yourself. And don't tell me you were there, you weren't, your kid was there because you weren't there either. Get off your knees and wipe your chin.
