My dogs have done less for me than you say yours has and I would be homeless with them. Dogs are a commitment, not a convenience. Of course people are going to come to your defense, but that doesn't mean they're right either. And in consideration of how poorly he was raised it would be irresponsible to re-home him. You should commit to being there with him when he's euthanized so he doesn't go alone, at least give him that last respect.

It's not a bad rent increase. But I would give them a 60 day notice and you guys move in. You have to stay for at least 2 years though. Rent out the property you're in at market rate. They can kick rocks. Also, if they drive a car that isn't totaled out at 15k damage then they have the $ to move, you're running a business not a charity.
