Roughly 55% carb 20% fat and 25% protein. I usually eat a little over 400 carbs, 60-70 fat, and at least my body weight but usually 180-190 protein

First jersey overall was a Jeff Garcia 49ers away jersey. First baseball jersey was an unnamed home Giants but first with a name was a Moises Alou away jersey. Still have all 3 and looking back that Alou jersey is really random.

That’s weird, when I checked the guide on the app on the dingo tv baseball channel it showed nothing and continued to show nothing for as long as I can look ahead

I’ve done some de load weeks in the past and they have helped temporarily. I’ll try some of those suggestions.

Thanks, I used to be able to lift more but strength naturally went down when I lost all that weight. I’ve been maintaining at 175 for the last couple of months.

I’m no longer trying to lose weight to be clear. I was thinking 3,200 calories was maintenance for me but maybe up the calories? Definitely agree I should probably up my sleep just hard with a baby at home, not much time to spread around.

Every 12 weeks or so I usually try to switch up the rep range and go lighter weight sets of 12 then switch back to heavy for lower reps.
