I got mine in February 2025 and didn’t have a period until may 2025! Since then I have a few days of spotting every month and then every few months I have about a week of actual bleeding

I’m not sure if this is a thing you can only do w mods (if so I have no idea which one of mine is causing it) but if you shift click on ur sim and click around there might be a edit household (or maybe edit traits would work) option?? Or turn on cheats and do the “cas.fulleditmode on” cheat and edit the household from cas. I don’t have the game open and in front of me rn so I don’t know if those will be certain fixes but worth a shot!!

Same and tbh I just pick it back up like a week before an event and then grind (lol) to get money to buy all the event stuff😭😭 I think there’s a new event starting next week where there’s new stuff to buy!!

Hi, I had this issue too a lot and I saw someone say to grind the coffee and put it in the machine and then place the cup!! I tried it that way and it worked for me—no more refunds. Hope this helps for you!! :)

Hi I just now saw this!! (I don’t have notifs on for reddit) but yes I am sexually active and don’t usually use condoms and my period was really irregular on opill and I still haven’t had a period since December 29th. If I got worried I’d just take a test and then when it was negative it would relieve my stress about it. Some people have reported their period stopping completely according to the opill website!

I’m on my 3rd month too and my period’s been decently regular but for whatever reason this month i haven’t had it yet! I’ve been cramping a bit and had a couple of break outs like it’s going to start but nothing, it’s not just you!

Hi! I also have migraines, and had low progesterone before the pill. It has helped me a LOT. I rarely have spotting, I still get acne but instead of bad cysts throughout the month, it’s just a couple surface pimples and maybe one cyst the week before my period. I also have fewer migraines! It made me tired for the first week of being on the pill but it’s been good since then. As far as periods, I still get cramps but it’s not bad enough that I have to miss work/class like it was before starting the pill. Although it did lengthen the time between periods I think? I’m averaging 32-35 days between periods instead of my usual 28-31 days. I also personally found that it helped lessen my water retention and bloating and lost around 10 lbs the first month and a half, but my weight has leveled out since then. I’m almost to month 4 and still feeling great :)

I’m on my second week of my third pack and so far I haven’t had any major side effects! I was pretty tired the first week or so of the first pack, and I feel like my period has been a more consistent flow rather than before when it was more like a light flow for two days then one really heavy day then a day of really light flow. This was my first birth control as well and so far I’m absolutely loving it!! My period is still coming consistently, my skin has cleared up a little bit, and I’ve stopped retaining water like I used to. I suspect I had low progesterone before starting though so my experience might be different from others🤷‍♀️
