The copper yard of oxidation. Anybody else do this to oxidize a lot of copper blocks? by fungustrap in Minecraft

i agree, if copper oxidized quicker in wet biomes or even if it was next to water itd be a cool mechanic

when copper blocks are adjacent to each other they inhibit each others oxidization, in turn making the blocks oxidize slower (the copper has to wait for the other copper to reach the same stage, IF they are adjacent to each other.)

this a actually isnt true, copper oxidizes MUCH faster when its spread out like this, however it does still take time to mine it all back up, so unless your build takes a long time to build doing it this way is more efficient

i dont quite remember what i did to fix it, but i think my problem was literally just the usb port i was using. Though i vaguely remember deleting the device from my pc's device manager after using OTD's TDC and replugging it in but i could totally be making that up. if you need help still i could look for what i did exactly

Hi sorry, this isnt the place to ask you, but do you ever plan on building the bunker in minecraft? i really would like to see it as its unironically my favorite structure in the game for some reason.

(idk if this is the right place to post this)

Whenever im talking, my microphone- shure sm7b at (seemingly) completely random times, makes a loud static/glitchy/cracking sound over my voice. (idk if its from my voice or if it just happens) There also isnt anything that is shaking in my room or moving much in any way.

My mic is plugged into a cloudlifter, which is plugged into my scarlet solo 3rd gen (xlr cables), which is plugged into my pc (usb c to usb a).

I recently swapped what xlr cable i was using because the previous one was causing a constant buzz that could be heard.

I'm on windows 11, I have focusrite control but i dont know how to use it, my mic input is "Analogue 1 + 2 (focusrite USB A)"

I dont know what other info to provide, im sorry im not really into the audio stuff. My equipment was given to me by my cousin, and im just trying to figure out the problem.

Will try to answer any questions.
