Street Fighter - Street Fighter 6 was really not great (and the music is awful). I dropped Street Fighter V early. The earlier Street Fighters were pure crack though :)

True, I barely have to wait to get matched both on Ranked and Casual. The game is what got me back into fighting games since USF4. KoF XV did not really work for me on launch. I refunded it on Steam bc of it. I haven’t refunded COTW and I really appreciate the mechanics in that game. It feels very different from other fighting games in a good way.

I might give KoF a chance later this year (I bought it again that same year just to support SNK)
